Jo-Ann Hernandez brings decades of expertise in consulting, sales, and marketing, in both B2B and B2C arenas.

She has collaborated with industry giants like Microsoft, Intel, H&R Block, Targus, Hallmark, and Nickelodeon. Her impact spans start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, domestically and internationally.

She founded Business Lazo, a certified women-owned business enterprise (WBENC) and minority-owned business enterprise (MBE). She offers consulting, sales, and manufacturing representation.

Formerly head of North America Retail Sales at Kaspersky Labs, a leading cybersecurity firm, Jo-Ann drove revenue growth, optimized retail account management, and built key relationships with distributors and B2B and B2C partners.

As an active volunteer for SCORE, Jo-Ann shares her insights to empower aspiring entrepreneurs.

Her professional journey reflects an unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation, making her a respected authority in consulting, sales, marketing, and business development.
