Jo-Ann Hernandez brings over two decades of expertise in sales, marketing, B2B, and B2C retail sales management, collaborating with industry giants like Microsoft, Intel, H&R Block, Targus, Hallmark, and Nickelodeon. She founded Business Lazo, LLC, a Certified MBE and WBE Minority & Women-Owned Business Enterprise, offering consulting, sales, and manufacturing representation. Her impact spans from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, domestically and internationally.Formerly Head of North America Retail Sales at Kaspersky Labs, a top cybersecurity firm, Jo-Ann drove revenue growth, optimized retail account management, and built key relationships with distributors and B2B and B2C partners. Her leadership extended to setting objectives for sales and marketing initiatives in the retail channel.
Beyond her achievements, Jo-Ann actively volunteers as a SCORE Mentor, sharing her insights to empower aspiring entrepreneurs. Her journey reflects an unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation, making her a respected authority in sales, marketing, and business development.
